左氧氟沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎临床观察

A clinical observation on levofloxacin in treatment of CAP in elderly patients

目的了解左氧氟沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的临床有效性和毒副作用。方法调查我院2006年5月～2008年5月治疗的老年CAP患者36例，全部病例应用左氧氟沙星，每日一次500mg静点，疗程5～14天。结果22例痰培养检出多药耐药的肺炎链球菌，8例检出铜绿假单胞菌，6例检出流感嗜血杆菌，临床有效率75．0％；细菌清除率82．1％；表现有腹泻、皮疹、肾损害各为2例，占16．7％。结论左氧氟沙星治疗老年CAP疗效好，毒副作用相对较低。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin in the theatment of community acquired pneumonia （CAP） in the elderly patients. Methods The 36 elderly inpatients with CAP in our hospital between May of 2006 and May of 2008 were treated with levofloxacin at a dosage intravenously of 500mg per day for 5 to 14 days. Results Streptococcus pneumoniae of multiple drugs-resistant were found in sputum of 22 patients, pseudomonas aeruginosa in 8 patients and haemophilus influenzae in 6 patients depending on the results of the sputum culture. The total clinical efficacy rate of levofloxacin was 75.0% and bacteria elimination rate was 82. 1%. 16. 7% patients showed related side effect of diarrhea, skin-rash and kidney injury. Conclusion Levofloxacin is effective with little side effect in treating CAP in the elderly.
