肾细胞癌术后肺转移的治疗分析

Analysis on the treatment for lung metastasis of renal cell carcinoma after operation

目的提高肾细胞癌术后肺转移的诊治效果。方法对17例肾细胞癌肺转移治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果生物治疗12例中，PR3例（25．0％），持续时间6～12个月；MR．2例（16．7％）；SD4例（33．3％）；PD3例（25．0％）；总缓解率为41．6％（5／12）。手术治疗5例，手术前配合生物治疗，术后随访18个月全部生存。结论对于肾细胞癌术后肺转移患者，生物治疗以及生物治疗结合手术治疗等综合疗法是治疗肾细胞癌肺转移的较好方法，有利于提高患者生存率。

Objective To elevate the effect of diagnosis and treatment for the lung metastasis of renal cell carci- noma after operation. Methods Follow-up survey on 17 renal cell carcinoma patients with lung metastasis after operation was studied retrospectively. Results Among the 12 cases of biological therapy, three was PR（25.0% ） lasting 6-12 months, two was MR（ 16. 7% ）, four was SD（33.3% ）, three was PD（25.0% ）, total efficiency 41.6% （5/12）. Five cases underwent operation and were treated with biological therapy before operation. Follow-up survey 18 months after operation, the five cases all survived. Conclusion The biological therapy and biological therapy combination with operation were better for renal cell carcinoma patients with lung metastasis, it is effective for the elevation of survive rate.
