摘要
目的探讨化疗药物对卵巢癌患者血糖的影响。方法回顾性分析初次接受化疗的100例卵巢癌患者的临床病理资料,观察化疗药物对患者血糖水平的影响。结果30例患者出现空腹血糖升高,且血糖升高患者与其糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,DM)家族史、体重指数(Body mass index,BMI)密切相关。结论化疗药物可能影响血糖代谢,化疗期间应重视对患者(特别是有糖尿病家族史及高体重指数患者)监测血糖并及时对症处理。
Objective To explore the effect of chemotherapeutics on blood glucose in patients with ovarian carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with ovarian carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. The influence of chemotherapy on blood glucose was observed. Results The incidence of hyperglycemia of the patients with ovarian carcinoma with chemotherapy was 30. 0% （30/100}. The hyperglycemia was related to family history with diabetes and the body mass index of the patients. Conclusion Chemotherapeutics might interfere with glucose metabolism. It is necessary to regularly monitored blood glucose in patients with ovarian carcinoma with chemotherapy.
