纵行岛状包皮瓣修复先天性尿道下裂175例临床分析

Children hypospadias treated with longitudinal preputial island flap

目的探讨纵行岛状包皮瓣皮管法一期修复阴茎型尿道下裂的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用纵行岛状包皮瓣一期尿道成形术治疗小儿阴茎型尿道下裂175例临床资料。结果175例采用该方法治疗的患儿效果满意,阴茎外形良好,并发症少,术后排尿功能正常。结论纵行岛状包皮瓣及包皮内外板联合皮瓣设计合理,材料丰富,血供良好,是一种较理想的手术方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of longitudinal preputial island flap on hypospadias. Methods 175 cases of children hypospadias were treated with longitudinal preputial island flap. Results All of the patients were cured, and there was no obvious complications. Conclusions It is effective to treat children hypospadias with ongitudinal preputial island flap.
