摘要
目的探讨子宫峡部妊娠的临床特点及超声诊断价值。方法对我院收治的怀疑子宫峡部妊娠的25例病例做回顾性分析。结果25例中经手术、病理证实为子宫峡部妊娠21例,误诊4例。结论超声检查是子宫峡部妊娠的首选方法,尤其是早期诊断对患者保留子宫及减少并发症有着十分重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of uterine isthmus pregnancy and value of ultrasonography in uterine isthmus pregnancy. Methods 25 eases with uterine isthmus pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 25 patients, 21 cases were confirmed as the uterine isthmus pregnancy by surgery and pathological examination, and 3 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion Uhrasonography is one of the best method for the diagnosis of uterine isthmus pregnancy.
