医护人员血源性传染病职业暴露现状分析

Analysis on occupational exposure of hematogenous infectious diseases in medical personnel

目的探索医院职业防护重点、不足及需求，完善职业防护措施，增强医护人员职业安全感。方法对2003—2006年间重点医院感染管理部门医护人员的职业体检情况进行回顾性调查分析，同时对他们进行防护意识调查。结果339名医护人员群体存在明显的职业暴露风险，且职业防护意识存在错位。结论医院职业防护体系及相关部门政策配套措施需进一步完善，重心应前移，方可减少职业暴露事件发生。

Objective To explore the characters of occupational protection, improve the measures of occupational protection and increase the safety of medical personnel. Methods The health examinations of medical personnel in management of infectious diseases were analyzed. The concepts of protection were investigated. Results There were obvious vocational exposure risks and wrong concept of protection in 339 medical personnel. Conclusions Occupational protection systems in hospital must be improved to reduce the incidence of occupational exposure.
