摘要
以某公司制浆中段废水为研究对象,针对中段废水难降解有机物浓度高的特点,以水解酸化-活性污泥法工艺对其进行处理研究,重点研究了水解酸化和活性污泥段的处理参数和处理结果。结果表明:水解酸化阶段在温度低于40℃,HRT为10 h时,废水中的COD的去除率在34%左右;后续活性污泥法的主要工艺参数,曝气时间为12 h,混合液中DO为4 mg/L,COD的去除率在80%左右,最终的处理结果使得COD出水达到国家《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544-2001)规定的排放标准。但当温度高于40℃的时候,整体工艺中段废水中的COD去除率仅为55%左右,出水达不到排放标准。
The hydrolytic acidification-activated sludge process was used to study pulp-mill mid-stage wastewater,which was characterized by high concentration of COD, with an emphasis on the effect and parameters of hydrolytic acidification and activated sludge process.Experimental results were shown as follows:when the temperature was under 40℃ and hydraulic retention time(HRT) was 10 h,the removal rate of COD was about 34%.The technologic parameters of the later activated sludge were: hydraulic retention time was 12 h,the DO of the mixed liquid was 4 mg/L,the removal rate of COD was about 80%.As a result,COD in the effluent could meet the emission standard specified by 'Wastewater Pollictant Emission Standard of Papermaking Industry'(GB3455-2001).But when the temperature was higher than 40℃,the removal rate of COD in the mid-stage wastewater was about 55%.The effluent could not meet the emission standard.
