摘要
实现线路板厂废弃污泥的资源化、无害化处理的产业化关键技术问题是有效的分离大量污泥中的各种金属成分。运用酸浸和氨浸相结合的方法,通过两次浸取过程,实现了污泥中的铜和其他金属组分的分离,分离效果好,分离过程简单,降低了分离成本,稳定了产品质量,同时又不产生二次污染。提出了线路板废弃污泥资源化处理的工艺流程,并用试验考察了各工序的技术经济指标。试验结果表明,铜、铁回收率>95%,锡的回收率也在90%以上,且产品质量合格。工艺过程产生的固废及废水可以达到排放标准。
The key problem of resource utilization and harmless treatment of waste circuit board sludge is to separate the various metals in sludge effectively.The combination of acid leaching and ammonia leaching method was adopted.Through two leaching processes,copper and other metals were separated.So,this method has its particular advantages: good effect of separation,simple process,stable product quality as well as no secondary pollution. In this paper,the process flow is put forward.The technical and economical index of each procedure is investigated by test.It is shown that the recovery ratios of copper and iron reach more than 95%,the recovery of tin also reaches more than 90%,and the product quality is qualified.Solid waste and water waste of technical process could be discharged after coming up to the standard.
