摘要
文章基于环境负荷模型,在绝对减排和相对减排条件下分别设定了不同的情景,分析各情景下中国碳排放的趋势及其对经济发展的影响,据此提出了中国应对碳减排压力的政策建议。
Based on environmental loads （EL） model, several scenarios are set in order to analyze carbon emission trends as well as the impact on economic development. Accordingly, several suggestions are put forward in order to deal with the pressure on the reduction of carbon emissions.
