地处云南省西北部怒江州境内的怒江峡谷地区,地形陡峭、地质灾害多发、环境闭塞,贫困问题相当严重,但该地具有丰富的旅游资源。怒江峡谷旅游有良好的发展前景,又是解决贫困问题的有效方法。文章针对怒江峡谷的特殊条件,以解决"三农"问题为出发点,探讨旅游扶贫策略。

Nujiang canyon area, which locates in Nujiang Canton, northwest of Yunnan Province, is a district with special nature, steep terrain, much geological disaster, unenlightened environment, and serious impoverishment. But meanwhile, it possesses abundant potential tourism recourse. There are good tourism development opportunities in Nujiang canyon, which also is a effective solution to impoverished condition. Concerning at the unique conditions of Nujiang Canyon area, this paper explores tourism anti-poverty strategies, in order to find solutions to ＂Three-Dimensional Rural Issues＂.
