复杂和艰巨的灾后重建绝不仅仅是灾区面临的难题,社会各方都应该在灾后重建的过程中进行深入的思考和探索。文章在总结国外灾后重建案例的基础上,依据国情提出了我国灾后重建的原则、战略、评估体系和重建规划。

Post-disaster reconstruction is a complex and arduous problem facing disaster-stricken areas. Region and central nation should perform deep consideration and exploration in the process of post-disaster reconstruction. Based on the summarization of overseas cases of post-disaster reconstruction and according to the current situation of China, this article puts forward the principles, strategy, evaluation system and reconstruction planning for the post-disaster reconstruction in China, and reflects on the post-disaster reconstruction to acquire new inspirations, in an effort to provide certain references for future development of China and its regions.
