摘要
研制的新型耐海水腐蚀不锈钢,通过合金元素配方优化、合理的熔炼工艺以及选择最佳的热处理制度,解决了材料的强韧性配合,且效果良好。研究结果表明:不锈钢配方为20%Gr、6%Mo、18%Ni、0.5Si、0.5V其余为铁时,有优良的耐海水腐蚀性能。在1050℃保温0.5h,后油淬,实现固溶强化,在α相和σ相过渡区进行时效处理,即520℃保温4h后空冷的热处理制度试验钢的耐蚀效果最佳。
A new stainless steel with resistance to seawater corrosion has been developed, of which proper strength and ductile have been solved by means of optimal selection of both its chemical compositions and heat treatment and reasonable melting.The results showed that when 20%Gr,6% Mo, 18%Ni,0.5Si,0.5V combined with Fe, the stainless steel had a good resistance to seawater corrosion. Heat treatment program is as follws: holding a period of time for 0.5h at 1050℃ before oil quenching, realizing solid solution strengthening,ageing carried out within transition of αphase and o-phase,i.e. holding for 4h at 520℃ before air cooling.
