摘要
介绍耐磨镶圈用高镍奥氏体铸铁制造技术难点,分析了高镍奥氏体铸铁的组织与可切削性的关系,并进一步分析了高镍奥氏体铸铁组织的影响因素。通过优化化学成分和主要工艺参数,获得比较理想的金相组织,从而改进高镍奥氏体铸铁的可切削性。
The problem issues of piston wear ring of high Ni austenitic cast iron in manufacturing process have been introduced with analysis on the relation between machinablity and microstructure of high Ni austenitic cast iron as well as influencing factors of microstructure of high Ni austenitic cast iron. The improvement on the machinability of high Ni austenitic cast iron can be realized by optimizing chemical composition and key process parameters hence useful microstructure obtained.
