新生儿高胆红素血症230例治疗体会

摘要 新生儿高胆红素血症(高胆)是新生儿期常见疾病,其胆红素代谢紊乱常为多种原因所致。临床表现各异,严重者可导致胆红素脑病(核黄疸),遗留严重中枢神经系统性残疾。故及时寻找病因,早期诊断和治疗尤为重要。本文总结分析2007年1月~2008年1月所收治的230例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿,结合临床治疗体会报道如下。
