摘要
目的研究端粒酶在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达,探讨它们在卵巢肿瘤发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学法原位杂交检测端粒酶在8例卵巢良性上皮肿瘤、26例卵巢恶性上皮肿瘤组织中的表达情况。结果26例卵巢恶性上皮肿瘤组织中,端粒酶阳性表达率为85%,显著高于卵巢上皮良性肿瘤(P<0.01),端粒酶的表达强度与卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤的病理分级与临床分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论端粒酶在卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织中有广泛表达,端粒酶活性与卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To study of telomerase in epithelial ovarian tumor tissues to explore their ovarian tumor development and clinical significance. Methods SP using immunohistochemistry method in situ hybridization detection of telomerase in 8 cases of benign epithelial ovarian cancer, 26 cases of malignant ovarian tumor tissues. Results In 26 cases of malignant ovari- an tumor tissues, the expression of telomerase-positive rate was 85%, significantly higher than that of benign ovarian epithelial (P〈0.01). Telomerase expression and intensity of epithelial ovarian cancer tumor grade and clinical stage had non-correlation (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Telomerase in epithelial ovarian cancer in a wide range of expression,telomerase activity and the development of ovarian cancer are closely related.
