This paper makes an analysis of both data acquisition system structure and data acquisition mode, and presents how to implement a new data acquisition in physical isolation between the real -time database and the DCS. The paper also makes a study of a solution for the heterogeneous data integration based on the OPC and discusses the way of real - time data transfer and communication in the data acquisition system, thus providing a new way to the data acquisition and processing for an integrated scheduling and control system in a process industry.
