摘要
该文介绍的数字温度传感器是一种频率信号输出的水晶传感器,它没有模拟传感器难以克服的温漂、时漂等问题,但却具有测温分辨力不高的缺点。为保证传感器的稳定性,提高分辨力,文中分析研究了3种方法,实验证明软件倍频是一种比较理想的提高分辨力的方法。
The article give an introduction to a digital temperature sensor, which is a kind of crystal sensor with frequency signal output. Unlike any analog sensor with difieulty in solving the temperature drift,time drift, ere, the crystal sensor is weak in the resolving power of temperture tests. Three methods have been studied to assure the sensor of its stability and resolving power. The experimental result shows that its resolving power can get improved by using software multifrequency.
