摘要 乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)大量存在于微生物和动物的肝脏中,它在很多生理过程如乙醇的代谢中起着重要作用。乙醇脱氢酶广泛应用于生物化学和法学,同时也被应用于酶催化及生物传感器中。主要介绍了乙醇脱氢酶的应用现状,并对最新的分离纯化方法进行了总结,以便为其进一步研究开发提供参考。 Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) occurs in large amounts in microorganisms and livers of animals. It plays a very important role in several physiological functions, including metabolism of alcohol. ADH is widely used in biochemistry, jurisprudence, enzyme catalysis and biological sensor. In this review, the application and purification method of ADH are introduced.
