Wernicke脑病,是一种值得临床医务工作者重视的病死率极高的神经系统疾病。主要病因为酒精中毒性和非酒精中毒性,后者又包括妊娠呕吐、外科胃肠手术后、恶性肿瘤、长期血液透析等导致的VitB1缺乏,造成Wernicke脑病。本文还简要提出治疗方案以供临床参考。
