支原体肺炎患儿血小板参数测定的临床意义

The Change of Platelet Parameter in the Children of Mycoplasmal-pneumonia and Its Significance

目的探讨支原体肺炎患儿3项血小板参数与病情的关系。方法对110例支原体肺炎患儿及90例正常对照组患儿的血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板分布宽度(PDW),进行测定及比较。结果支原体肺炎患儿3项血小板参数与对照组比较,PLT、MPV差异有显著性(P<0.05),PDW差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论通过测定支原体肺炎患儿血小板参数可协助了解临床病情。

Objective To study the alternation and clinical significance of platelet parameter in 110 children patients with Mycoplasmal - pneumonia. Methods To observe the alternation of 110 children patients Mycoplasmal - pneumonia platelet count （PLT）, mean platelet volume （MPV）, platelet distribution width （PDW）, and compared it with 90 normal control- groups. Results The platelet parameter of Mycoplasmal - pneumonia groups compared with control group. There were significantly higher in the PLT, MPV（ P 〈 0.05）. there was no significant difference in the PDW （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion To study the platelet parameter of Mycoplasmal - pneumonia is helpful for its diagnosis and prognosis estimation.
