摘要
目的探讨伴有高血脂症的急性胰腺炎患者的临床特点,提出此类病人的日常饮食注意要点。方法2005-02~2008-04间,我科住院急性胰腺炎病人112例,血浆甘油三酯(TG)增高者36例,其中乳糜状血清者9例。对伴有高血脂症患者,在降脂治疗的同时,禁用脂肪乳剂,应用低右、丹参、川芎嗪等药物,改善胰腺的血循。结果胰腺炎合并高血脂症者,经平均9d治疗,症状消失。出院时,12例血脂仍高于正常。结论高血脂症是继胆源性、酒精性之后急性胰腺炎的第三大病因,治疗TG性急性胰腺炎时,要注意降低血浆中TG的浓度。为避免胰腺炎再次发作,应指导病人控制饮食,限制高脂肪食物的摄入,避免TG再次升高。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of acute pancreatitis with hyperlipemia and indicate the key point of diet. Methods 112 cases of such patient from Feb 2005 to April 2008 were analyzed among them there were 36 cases TG increased. The patient of hyperlipemia was treated with lipid - lowering agent moreovev Danshen, Chuangqiongqin were used. Results The symptoms were disappeared averge in 9 days after treatment in these patients. The lipid of 12 cases were high after discharged. Conclusion The hyperlipemia might be third reason of acute pancreatitis. The TG must be decreased for AP to avoid relapse. The indication of diet should be taken to limit fat intake and avoid TG increasing.
