超声在腹部创伤中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound in Abdominal Trauma

目的探讨超声在腹部创伤诊断中的应用及其价值。方法对82例腹部创伤超声图像进行回顾性分析,并与手术结果或临床治疗结果相比较。结果82例腹部创伤超声阳性发现率88%(72/82),实质性脏器损伤诊断符合率90%(45/50),空腔脏器损伤诊断符合率64%(9/14),其他脏器损伤并发腹膜后血肿符合率87%(7/8)。结论二维超声能显示损伤的实质性脏器的位置、程度、出血肿胀情况,并能动态观察、指导临床治疗和随诊,对腹腔实质性脏器破裂的诊断有较高的价值。对空腔脏器的损伤能提供有效的诊断信息。

Objective To discuss the application value of ultrasound in abdominal trauma in diagnosis. Methods The clinical materials of 82 cases of such patient in ultrasound were analyzed and compared with results of operation and after treatment. Results The positive rate of ultrasound in abdominal trauma was 88%, 90% in the substantive organ trauma and 64% in lumen organs and 87% in others. Conclusion The ultrasound might show the location, degree, hematoma and continuous observation. It might have high diagnostic value in abdominal tramna.
