经内镜金属钛夹钳夹术治疗非静脉曲张急性消化道出血观察

Observation on Acute Digestive Tract Hemorrhage without Varicosis Treated with Endoscopic Titanium Clips

目的观察经内镜下行金属钛夹止血治疗非静脉曲张急性消化道出血的治疗效果。方法应用Pentax-2770K电子胃镜、Pentax-EC3870FK电子肠镜,Olympus钛夹(MD850型)及夹子装置(HX-5LR-I)止血治疗非静脉曲张急性消化道出血61例。结果61例非静脉曲张性急性消化道出血患者应用经内镜金属钛夹止血治疗,即时止血率达100%。61例患者共用金属夹161枚,平均每例2.64枚。结论应用经内镜金属钛夹止血,是治疗非静脉曲张急性消化道出血的有效方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect on acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage （ADTH） without varicosis treated with endoscopic titanium chps. Methods 61 cases of ADTH patient were performed clips （MD850 and HX - 5LR - I） with Pentax - 2770 and Pentax - EC3870FK. Results The bleeding stopped at once after treatanent. There were 161 clips in 61 cases and 2.64 in average. Conclusion This method might be effective for such patient.
