术后早期炎性肠梗阻16例诊治体会

Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction after Operation

目的对术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治进行探讨分析。方法分析探讨16例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗结果。结果16例中,15例病人经保守治疗后痊愈,平均治愈时间为9d,1例再手术后12d痊愈。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻有其特殊的临床表现,大多数病人可采取保守治疗痊愈。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction （IIO） after operation. Methods The chnical data of 16 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively. Results 15 cases underwent conservative therapy with healed 9 d in average. 1 case was performed operation and discharged at 12 d with healed. Conclusion There was special manifestation of such patient and most of them might be treated conservatively.
