摘要
以N,N-二甲基乙二胺、溴代正辛烷为原料,以KOH和CsOH为复合催化剂,合成了不对称双子表面活性剂的中间体二甲基正辛基(2-辛胺基乙基)溴化铵,用红外光谱、核磁共振对产物进行了定性分析,并研究了KOH用量、反应时间、物料比对生成物收率的影响.实验结果表明,在所用溴代正辛烷/N,N—二甲基乙二胺物料比为2.5∶1、KOH0.3g、CsOH0.15g、溶剂甲醇14mL、分子筛2g、水浴温度80℃和反应时间36h的条件下,反应收率达到了20%.
Intermediate of zwitterionic heterogemini surfactant, N-octyl-N,N,-dimethyl-2-octylamino ethylammonium bromide, is synthesized by N,N-Dimethylethylenediamine reacted with n-octyl bromide in presence of KOH and CsOH as composite catalyst. The product is identified by IR spectrum, ^1H-NMR. The influences of factors on the product yield are investigated, such as the quantity of KOH, reaction time and the ratio of n-octyl bromide and N, N-Dimethylethylenediamine. The results show that the yield of the product reached up to 20% under the optimum reaction conditions, which of the ratio of n-octyl bromide and N,N-Dimethyle thylenediamine 2.5 : 1,0.3 g KOH and 0.15 g CsOH as multi-catalyst, 14 mL methanol as solvent, temperature 80℃, reaction time 36 h.
