人工老化处理对羊草种子膜透性的影响 被引量:44

摘要 试验以人工加速老化(42℃、RH为100%)处理0,24,36,48,60,72,84和96h后的羊草种子为研究材料,测定种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、电导率和浸种液可溶性糖含量的变化,分析比较老化处理对种子膜透性的影响。结果表明,在老化处理过程中,羊草种子发芽率和发芽势变化呈先升高后降低的趋势,而种子活力指数随着老化程度的加强呈规律性下降。种子的发芽势、活力指数变化明显大于种子发芽率的变化。老化处理60~96h明显促进种子浸出液的电导率和可溶性糖含量升高,表明种子细胞膜透性的增强,其中可溶性糖含量变化能够更好反映羊草种子的质量状况。 Seed germination rate, germination energy, vigour index, electrical conductivit content of Leyrnus chinensis seeds were measured after treatment for 0 (CK), 24, 36, 48, y, and soluble sugar 60, 72, 84, or 96 h at 42℃ and 100% RH to try and determine the effects of ageing treatments on seed membrane Seed germination rate and germination energy increased during ageing up to 36 h, and then gradua permeability. lly decreased. Furthermore, the index of soluble sugar content may reflect the real condition of seed quality.
