植骨LCP钢板固定治疗长骨骨折不愈合的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】评估植骨LCP钢板内固定治疗长骨骨折术后骨不愈合的疗效。【方法】对21例长骨干骨折术后骨不愈合患者,均采用植骨LCP钢板内固定治疗。【结果】所有患者获平均17.6个月(12~30个月)的随访,20例(占95.2%)患者骨折愈合,骨折愈合时间平均为6.2个月(4~12个月)。并发症情况:桡神经损伤1例,骨折不愈合1例。【结论】植骨LCP钢板固定是治疗长骨骨折不愈合的有效方法之一。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bone graft and internal fixation with locking compression plate (LCP) for nonunion of long bone fracture. Methods Twenty-one patients with nonunion of long bone fracture were treated by internal fixation with LCP and bone graft. Results A follow-up averaged 17.6 months was carried out in all of the patients. The results of follow-up showed that union of bone fracture was shown in 20 (95.2%) patients, and the averaged time of fracture union was 6. 2 months. The complication of radial nerve injury was found in one patient and nonunion of fracture was found in another patient. Conclusion Bone graft and internal fixation with locking compression plate is an effective method for nonunion of long bone fracture.
