二十二碳-6烯酸对ADHD儿童神经递质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究二十二碳-6烯酸(Docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)对注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyper-activity disorder,ADHD)患儿神经生化因素的调控作用。【方法】对确诊的ADHD儿童服用DHA,分析服用DHA前后ADHD儿童神经生化因素水平改变的影响以及主要症状改善情况。【结果】ADHD儿童血清多巴胺(dopaminum,DA)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)水平在服用后有所增加,与服用前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),而促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic,ACTH)水平在服用前后差异无显著性。DA水平与多动指数水平呈负相关(r=-0.300,P=0.038);5-HT水平与注意缺陷指数水平存在负相关(r=-0.434,P=0.013);ACTH水平与注意缺陷指数水平存在边缘正相关(r=0.236,P=0.047)。注意力好转程度、作业完成情况、与别人交谈时专心程度以及学习成绩比服用前有所好转。【结论】ADHD儿童血清存在DA、5-HT浓度的失调,服用DHA后,可以帮助改善其注意缺陷症状。 [Objective] To Study on Effect of Docosahexaenoic Acid on Neurochemistry of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). [Methods] All ADHD children were given DHA of PUFAs and analyze some influention in behavioral and emotional change of ADHD children before and after therapy. [Results] The levels of serum DA,5-HT in ADHD children after treatment were higher than before treatment (P〈0.05), but the change of ACTH level in ADHD children was not significant. Through making correlation analysis between concentration of serum DA, 5-HT, ACTH and DSM-VI score of ADHD children, negative correlation was found between indexs of hyperactivity and level of DA(r= -0. 300,P=0. 038), the level of 5-HT had negative correlation with the scores of attention deficit (r= 0. 434,P=0. 013); the level of ACTH was positively correlated with the scores of attention deficit (r=0. 236,P= 0. 047). The levels of their attention, doing assignment, concentrating attention talking with others and study scores improved than those before treatment. [Conclusions] The disorder of serum DA and 5-HT concentration can be observed in children with ADHD, which could result in behavioral and emotional change in these children. Supplement of DHA can improve some clinical symptoms for attention deficit children.
