摘要生长迟缓(failure to thrive,FTT)在临床上较为常见,目前诊断标准仍存在争议,是遗传因素,环境因素与亲子间作用不良等综合的因素造成。本文详细叙述了影响婴儿正常生长发育的因素,包括出生低体重,不恰当的喂养,微量元素缺乏、疾病、食物过敏、家庭低收入、遗传因素、情感忽视、母亲焦虑压抑及不恰当的亲子关系失衡造成。
