摘要
中石油大庆石化分公司化肥厂脱盐水装置在原有双层混合床的基础上,采用新技术,将双层混合床改造成三层混床。改造后的混合床解决了浮床体内再生时中排附近阴、阳树脂交叉感染的问题,具有出水水质稳定,周期制水量大等特点。
Based on 2-layer mixing bed, new technology was adopted to revamp the mixing bed from 2-layer into 3-layer in water desalting plant of Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Daqing Branch Co., PetroChina. After revamping, the inter-infection of anion and cationic resins near middle discharger of the floating bed during regeneration was solved, and the mixing bed has the characteristics of stable water quality and bigger amount of water produced in each cycle.
