摘要 在空分装置的设计中,对中压蒸汽管道的选材从技术和经济两个方面进行分析比较,做到既节省投资又能保证装置安全:通过对管系热应力的计算和弹簧支吊架的设置与选型,详细分析热力管道的配管对管系和汽轮机安全性的影响,通过进一步优化设计,使装置的设计安全、合理、可靠。 In the design of air separator, technical and economical analysis and comparison were made for the material selection for mid pressure steam pipelines, to ensure investment saving and safety of the separator. Through thermal stress calculation for piping system as well as design and type selection of spring hanging and supporting framework, this paper analyzed in detail the influences of thermal pipeline arrangement on the safety of piping system and steam turbine; and optimal design, the separator were designed safe, rational and reliable.
