兖矿国泰化工有限公司是以新型对置式多喷嘴气化炉为龙头的化电联产新型洁净煤利用企业,IGCC联产甲醇为国家"863"示范装置。投产以来运行稳定,变换与燃气热回收工艺的选择,既满足甲醇生产的需要,又满足IGCC中燃气轮机的需要,设计选择合理,对全系统的经济、稳定运行及优化IGCC联合循环发电的排放指标起到突出作用。
Our company is a new clean coal utilization enterprise tbr coproduction of chemicals and power with opposed multi-nozzle gasifier as its feature. IGCC eoproducing methanol process is used in a national "863" demonstration unit. Since its commission, it operates stable. The selection of shift process and combustion gas heat recovery process can methanol production and gas turbine in IGCC, so the design is meet for the requirements of reasonable, playing an outstanding role of stable and economical operation, as well as optimization of discharging specifications for power generation combined with IGCC.
