四川地震灾后伤员转运途中的心理护理

Research on the strategy of psychological care when victims＇ transshipment after the earthquake in Siehuan province

目的探讨救治四川地震后伤员转运伤员途中心理护理策略。方法对转运的52例伤员按年龄段分组，每组伤员分别实施有针对性的心理护理，并观察效果。结果在实施有效的心理护理后，52例伤员抵达后方医院时心理状况明显好转，对康复充满信心。结论及时、有效的心理护理可以舒缓伤员的不良情绪，减轻应激损害，减少转运途中并发症的发生。

Objective To study the strategy of psyehologieal care when victims＇ transshipment after the earthquake in Siehuan province. Methods 52 victims who were transferred by our medical team were divided into four groups by age. Each group received the pertinent psychological care. Then the effects were observed. Results After the effective syehologieal care, 52 patients＇ psychological status turned for the better when arrived at the base hospitals, and they were full of confidence for rehabilitation. Conclusions Effective and timely psychological care can make victims relax, reduce stress and decrease the complications during transshipment.
