摘要
目的:研究知母皂苷对谷氨酸所致痴呆模型小鼠学习记忆能力、脑内胆胺类递质和海马内β-APP阳性神经元的影响,以期探讨知母皂苷抗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法:用谷氨酸致老年性痴呆模型小鼠为实验对象,以其学习记忆能力、脑内胆胺类递质含量、背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的数量为指标,全面考察知母皂苷抗老年性痴呆的作用。结果:知母皂苷(100,200mg.kg-1,ig),能明显对抗老年性痴呆模型小鼠学习记忆能力的下降,增加脑内胆胺类递质的含量,抑制背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的生成。结论:知母皂苷对谷氨酸所致的老年性痴呆有明显的改善作用。
OBJECTIVE By using alzheimer's model mice induced by L glutamic acid, the effect and mechanism of SAaB were investigated. METHODS SAaB was given to mice orally for one month. Then, the ability of study of mice were determined by step through test and the content of NA.DA and 5 HT in brain tissue, the number of neurons in the Bregma hippocampus containing β-APP proteins were counted. RESULTS To the model mice,SAaB (100,200 mg·kg^-1 ,ig) had protective effect on the impairment of memory of mice and increased the content of NA.DA and 5-HT in brain tissue,decrease the number of neu tons in the Bregma hippocampus containing β-APP proteinsCONCLUSION SAaB has a remarkable improvement on alzheimer's model mice induced by L-glutamic acid.
