摘要
目的:优选白花三地颗粒的最佳水提取工艺。方法:以槲皮素及多糖的量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计优选水提工艺条件,确定白花三地颗粒的最佳水提工艺。结果:优选的最佳提取工艺为浸泡4h,第1次加12倍量水,提取30min,第2次加10倍量水,提取20min。结论:优选出的工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the water-extraction process of Baihuasandi granules by orthogonal test.METHODS The orthogonal test of L9(34) was used to optimize the water-extraction process of Baihuasandi granules with the contents of quercetin and polysaccharine as index.RESULTS The optimum extracting conditions for Baihuasandi granules were as follows:soaking 4 hours,extracting 2 times with 30 minutes for the first time and 20 minutes for the second time,and the added amount of water was 12 times and 10 times respectively.CONCLUSION The optimum extraction process is reasonable and stable and it could provide the references for Baihuasandi granules for its further investigation.
