摘要 首先介绍了LSP绩效评价指标建立的原则及其主要的KPI指标,并分析了这些指标在业务管理中发挥的作用及特点,最后提出了一些改善的措施。 The paper introduces the principle of establishing LSP performance evaluation index and its main KPI, analyzes the role and features of the indexes in business management and proposses some improving measures.
