大型煤炭企业战略联盟的盟员选择——基于主成分分析法的实证研究

分析了盟员选择的原则,并根据大型煤炭企业战略联盟的特点以及我国煤炭、电力、冶金等行业、企业的现状,并归纳专家访谈意见,提出盟员选择的指标及指标体系。最后,基于主成分分析法,对国内某大型煤炭企业进行实证分析,用实例说明了该指标体系和选择方法的可行性和实用性,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

The paper analyzes the principles of alliance member selection, proposes the indexes and index system of alliance member selection and makes an empirical analysis on a certain internal large-scale coal enterprise based on principal component analysis.
