摘要
分析了军队采购监督机制的基本内涵,指出当前军队采购监督机制存在监管法规不健全、内部和外部监督机制不完善等问题,提出了应从完善军事采购法律法规、增强采购监督管理的科学性和提高采购监督人员的管理水平三方面来完善军队采购监督机制。
The paper analyzes the basic connotation of military procurement supervision system, points out its existing problems and proposes how to improve military procurement supervision system in the following aspects as procurement laws and regulations, scientific sense of supervision management and the management level of the supervisors.
