麝香乌龙丸对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织形态及细胞bFGF影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察麝香乌龙丸对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织形态及细胞bFGF的影响,探讨麝香乌龙丸治疗骨关节炎是否与改变软骨组织形态以及调节细胞bFGF有关。方法:建立木瓜蛋白酶关节腔注射兔实验性膝骨关节炎模型,灌胃4周后,观察软骨组织形态及细胞bFGF表达情况。以软骨组织病理积分、阳性细胞率、阳性细胞平均光密度对观察目标量化。结果:麝香乌龙丸能减轻实验兔关节软骨病理积分,麝香乌龙丸组与模型组比较单项病理积分有显著差异(P<0.01),麝香乌龙丸组与模型组比较病理总积分有显著差异(P<0.01)。麝香乌龙丸能上调细胞bFGF的表达,麝香乌龙丸组与模型组和正常组比较均有差异(P<0.01),模型组和正常组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:麝香乌龙丸治疗膝骨关节炎可能与调节bFGF的表达,修复软骨损害有关。 Objective: To observe the effects of Musk-aconite-earthworm pill (MAEP) on cartilage morphology and bFGF cell of rats with knee osteoarthritis, and to explore whether the effects concern with the change of cartilage tissue and adjustment of cell bFGF. Methods : The model of knee usteoarthritis was induced by papayin ticulare injection. Four weeks after the gastric perfusion, the changes of cartilage tissue morphology and bFGF expression were observed. Resuhs: Musk-aconite-earthworm pill decreased the pathological scores of rabbits with knee osteoarthritis. There was significant difference in single pathological score and total pathological score between MAEP group and modal group ( P 〈 0.01 ) . MAEP could up-regulate the expression of bFGF, significanfly different from that of model group and normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) . However, there was no difference between model group and normal control group ( P 〉 0.05) . Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of MAEP is possibly related with the regulation of bFGF expression and recovery of cartilage injuries.
