摘要
目的:观察脾胃湿热证大鼠湿、热偏重模型及在三仁汤、白虎加苍术汤的干预下大鼠胃窦P物质(Sub-stance P,SP)、生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)指标的变化,以探讨脾胃湿热证湿、热偏重型之间胃窦SP、SS的变化规律及三仁汤、白虎加苍术汤的作用机理。方法:将40只大鼠随机分成5组各8只:正常对照组、湿偏重组、热偏重组、三仁汤组、白虎加苍术汤组,采用肥甘饮食、湿热环境及病原微生物等复合因素建立脾胃湿热证湿、热偏重型的动物模型。分别用三仁汤、白虎加苍术汤对湿偏重、热偏重型大鼠模型进行干预,采用放免法检测各组大鼠胃窦中SP、SS的变化。结果:湿偏重组、热偏重组大鼠胃窦SP、SS含量较正常对照组明显降低;湿偏重组SP、SS水平较热偏重组降低更明显;三仁汤组、白虎加苍术汤组分别与湿偏重组、热偏重组比较,SP、SS的含量提高,三仁汤组、白虎加苍术汤组与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性意义,说明三仁汤、白虎加苍术汤能提高已降低的SP、SS的含量。结论:脾胃湿热证大鼠湿、热偏重模型存在胃肠激素的紊乱,SP、SS含量降低;三仁汤、白虎加苍术汤对大鼠胃窦的SP、SS含量具有调节作用,能提高已降低的SP、SS的含量。
Objective: To observe the difference of substance P (SP) and somatostatin (SS) in sinus ventriculi of rats with dominant Wet type of Spleen and Stomach Wet Heat Syndrome ( SSWHS ) and rats with dominant Heat type of SSWHS after the intervention of Sanren Decoction (SD) and Baihucangzhu Decoction (BD), and to approach the mechanism of SD and BD. Methods: A total of 40 rats were divided into 5 groups ( each group 8 rats) randomly : the normal control group ( NC group), the dominant Wet group ( DW group), the dominant Heat group (DH group), SD group and BD group. The models of dominant Wet type and dominant Heat type of SSWHS were induced by the composite factors including high glucose and lipid food, Wet and Heat environment, pathogen and so on. The rats with dominant Wet or dominant Heat type were treated with SD and BD respectively. The contents of SP and SS in sinus ventricull were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results : The contents of SP and SS in DW group and DH group were obviously lower than those in NC group, with the contents of SP and SS in DW group decreased more. The content of SP and SS were higher in SD group and BD group than those in DW group and DH group. There was no significant difference in the contents of SP and SS between treatment groups and NC group, which indicated that SD and BD increased the contents of SP and SS which had been decreased. Conclusion: There is certain disorder of gastrointestinal hormones in sinus ventriculi of rats with dominant Wet type and rats with dominant Heat type, with the contents of SP and SS decreased. SD and BD can increase the contents of SP and SS in sinus ventriculi.
