身痛逐瘀汤加味合电针、牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症93例临床观察

A Randomized Control Study of LIDP Treatment with Modified Shentongzhuyu Decoction Combined with Electro-acupuncture and Traction

目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤加味合电针、牵引疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将183例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用身痛逐瘀汤加味内服,结合电针、牵引治疗,对照组采用单纯的牵引方法。结果:治疗组对照组治疗后腰功能评分(22.83±5.23,18.36±5.25)及临床疗效优良率(80.65%和40.80%)比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤加味合电针,牵引疗法对腰椎间盘突出症具有活血化瘀、疏经活络、改善腰椎功能的功效。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of modified Shentongzhuyu decoction combined with electro-acupuncture and traction on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion （ LIDP） . Methods： A total of 183 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with modified Shentongzhuyu decoction combined with aeupunture and traction. Patients in control group were treated with only traction. Results： There were significant differences between treatment group and control group in post-treatment back outcome score （22.83±5.23 and 18.36±5.25 respectively） and satisfactory clirtieal results （80.65% and 40.80%, respectively） . Conclusion： The combination therapy has evident efficaey on LIDP in that it is effective in activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis, dredging channels and collaterals, and improving lumbar function.
