新加坡人民行动党强调与时俱进,重视并努力发展电子党务以加强其执政地位,巩固其执政合法性,其经验值得借鉴。利用互联网塑造并展示执政党自身形象;设立网上"政策论坛"鼓励民众政治参与,与电子政务齐头并进、双管齐下;利用电子党务的运作充分加强青年和妇女工作;制定严格的相关法律法规以减少网络的负面影响,促进电子党务的安全健康发展,人民行动党电子党务实践与经验不仅巩固了执政地位,加强了执政能力,扩大了社会基础,也是其执政合法性得以延续和维持的一个重要因素。

Singapore People＇s Action Party emphasizes its advancing with the times. The Party attaches great importance to e-Party work construction to strengthen its position and to consolidate its legitimacy. Our party should learn from its experience. People＇s Action Party portrays and publicizes the ruling party itself by means of internet; they also open on-line ＂policy forums＂ to encourage mass partaking in politics, alongside and abreast with e-administration. The e-party operates to improve youths＇ and women＇s work. Strict laws and regulations have been enacted in order to reduce negative on-line impacts and to promote secure and healthy development of the e-Party work. The People＇s Action Party＇s practice and experience have not only consolidated its status, strengthened its ability, expanded its social basis, but also sustained its legitimacy to rule.
