On the Static Characteristics of Piston Pneumatic Brake Valve

对拖拉机挂车气制动系统主要控制元件之一——活塞式气制动阀的静特性做了理论分析和试验研究,表明活塞式气制动阀静特性不仅与几何尺寸、输入力和行程有关,还与制造精度、装配质量和调整误差有关.

Theoretical analysis and experiments have been made on the static characteristic of piston air brake valve which is one of the main control components for tractor-trailer brake system. The result shows the static characteristic of the valve is not only affected by the geometric dimensions, input force and stroke, but also by machining, assembling and adjustment as well.
