棉花新品种性状的统计分析与综合评价

Statistical Analysis and Overall Evaluation on Characters of New Cotton Varieties

对参加河南省2006年杂交棉区试(3组)的12个品种的13个数量性状进行因子分析,结果表明,5个公因子对所考察性状变异的累计方差贡献率达89.22%,反映了所考查性状的绝大部分变异信息;根据诸品种在各公因子上的得分值,将12个供试品种从皮棉产量和纤维品质的差异聚为3大类,并指出每类品种进一步改良的方向。

Taking 12 new cotton varieties as materials, factor analysis method was applied to study 13 quantitative characters, such as cotton plant, yield and fiber quality and so on. The results showed that the cumulative total variance rate of the previous 6 common factors, which reflected most of the characteristic information, to the tested characteristic varieties amounted to 89.24%. Five groups had been clustered of the 13 tested varieties from the differences in yield and quality according to the scores of the varieties on the common factors respectively.
