摘要
通过单因素试验研究红平红球菌产絮凝剂的最佳碳源、氮源,并采用正交设计试验确定菌株红平红球菌产絮凝剂的最佳条件。结果表明,红平红球菌最适培养条件为:葡萄糖10g/L,酵母膏2g/L,K2HPO42g/L,KH2PO42g/L,MgSO40.5g/L,NaCl0.5g/L,pH值7.0,摇床转速130r/min,25℃培养72h,其发酵液对高岭土的悬液的絮凝率高于90%。
Through single factor experiment to seek the best carbon sources and nitrosen sources,and orthogohal test to select the best conditions for producing floculants by strain Rhodococcus erythropolis. The results showed that the optimum cultivation condition was dextrose(10g/L),and nitroge sources-the mixture yeast extract(2 g/L) and K2HPO4 (2g/L),KH2PO4 (2g/L), MgSO4(0.5g/L,), NaCl (0.5g/L).Under the cultivating condilions of primary pH value 7.0,temperature 25℃,and a shaking table of 130 r/min, strain Rhodococcus erythropolis cultivated for 72 h, highly efficient flocculant produced with the ratio of flocculation to kaolin clay suspension more than 90 %.
