摘要
以不同枝龄的插穗为试材,采用不同基质、不同浓度的NAA处理,对红檵木的扦插育苗效果进行了试验。结果表明,以沙土为扦插基质、选一年生的插穗、用90mg/LNAA处理,红檵木的成活率最高,达92.6%。
Taking branch cuttings of different age as materials, using different media and different concentrations of NAA treatment, the cuttage propagation effects of China Loropetal individuals were studied in cultivation experiments. The results demonstrated that the survival rate of China Loropetal reached to 92.6% by choosing sandy soil as the cuttagc stroma, one-year cutting wood as well as processing in 90 mg/L NAA.
