摘要
从疑似兔出血性败血症病死兔体内分离到15株兔多杀性巴氏杆菌,通过Carter荚膜群鉴定法和Heddleston热稳定抗原鉴定法鉴定其血清型,确定11株为血清A:1型。药敏试验结果表明,大部分菌株对磺胺六甲氧嘧啶和头孢噻呋两种药物较为敏感。
15 strains of rabbit Pasteurella multocida were isolated from dead rabbits suffered from hemorrhagic septicemiae, 11 of which were identified to be A：1 with Carter＇s capsule assay and Heddleston＇s thermal stability antibody assay. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that most of 15 strains were more sensitive to Snlfamonomethoxine and Ceftiofur Sodium than others.
