摘要
不确定度管理程序PUMA能使几何量测量的成本更经济和实用。该文选择了方箱垂直度测量,目的在满足测量不确定度与其最大允许误差的绝对值MPE之比小于或非常接近1∶3的要求时,寻找一种成本合理的测量方法。
PUMA is defined as program of uncertainty management, which refers to the measurement cost even can make geometrical calibration economical and practical. The thesis chooses measuring verticality of steel box, which aims to find a meter way cost just reasonable ,as long as the program can reach the requirement as the uncertainty less than and close to 1/3 of MPE.
