摘要
从血型因子频率和蛋白(酶)多态遗传监测了开放核心群育种体系培育工业化蛋鸡品系的效果.结果表明,培育育种过程中,各品系遗传结构没有发生显著变化,ONBS可以缓冲育种中突出的遗传抽样所导致的抽样偏差问题,因此引进鸡优秀的遗传背景仍被培育后的群体所维系.C系的基因频率与A,B,D系均存在显著的差异性,说明该鸡祖代四系中C系有其遗传特殊性.
Effect of open nucleus breeding system (ONBS) was evaluated through blood group gene frequencies and protein polymorphisms. The results indicated no significant genetic differences between model and duplicated populations and revealed the genomic continuity within the ONBS, as a result of its buffering effect against genetic sampling deviation. Line C exhibited significant differences from lines A,B and D in gene frequencies, demostrating its unique gentic background among the four G.P lines.
