摘要
与传统治疗阳痿(勃起障碍)以补肾为主相异,本文从《素问.痿论》"筋痿"发病因机出手,分析心(思想无穷,所愿不得,意淫于外)、肾(入房太甚)、肝(宗筋驰纵)三脏之变所致筋痿的方药化机,提出轻灵透达、畜鱼置介之品治疗阳痿。调养心神、搜剔厥阴、滋养肝肾法。
The traditional treatment on impotence focuses on the replenishment of kidney. Different from traditional treatment, this paper analyzes the etiology of impotence and proposes that impotence may result from the changes of mind, kidney and liver. Therefore, it is suggested that the treatment lies in the emotional control, kidney and liver nourishment.
